Professional and Scale include monthly Q&A updates for 3 months and quarterly reviews respectively. Starter and Growth are one-and-done — but you can purchase additional update rounds at any time. No retainer required.
Any. The embed code is a single JavaScript snippet — it works on Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and hand-coded HTML sites. If it can load a script tag, the bot runs on it.
We don't take payment until scope is agreed. If we can't deliver what we scoped, we refund in full. Revisions are included (see your tier). Change-of-mind after work begins is not refundable — but we make sure scope is clear before we start.
